As the HR Manager, I oversee and manage the HR function, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s goals. This involves everything from talent acquisition and development, to employee engagement and compliance. I strive to keep everyone happy, productive, and just the right amount of stressed!
What do you enjoy most about your job/role?
The most rewarding part of my job is helping people reach their full potential, while building a culture that supports growth, diversity, and collaboration. I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
If you could switch roles with anyone else in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I’d switch with the CEO for a day. It’d be intriguing to navigate the big-picture decisions and tackle the strategic challenges. Plus, I’m eager to discover their secrets for staying sane amid constant meetings and multiple priorities.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and indulging in great food. To balance the indulgence, I participate in aerial sports, which add a thrilling edge to life and keep the calories in check.
