Property Race Day 2026

Together we raised over £12,000 for LandAid

On Friday 10 July, our Founder and CEO, Robin Taylor, took to the track at Ascot as part of Property Race Day, raising funds for LandAid.

What started as a personal fundraising challenge quickly became a campaign embraced by clients, partners, friends and the wider property industry. After months of early morning training, learning from professional jockeys and preparing alongside Blackwaterfoot, Robin crossed the finish line having achieved something far greater than the race itself.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who supported the campaign, we raised more than £12,000 to help LandAid support young people facing homelessness across the UK.

Thank you to everyone who donated, attended, sponsored the event and cheered Robin on. Together, we made a real difference.

Meet Blackwaterfoot

One of the highlights of Robin’s Property Race Day journey was getting to ride Blackwaterfoot, a striking five-year-old gelding trained by Charlie Pike at Danebury Racing Stables in Hampshire.

Known for his calm temperament and impressive attitude both on and off the track, Blackwaterfoot has become a real favourite with racing fans. Following an impressive first career victory at Ffos Las, he continues to show great promise for the future.

“He’s a very likeable horse with a great laid-back attitude.”
— Charlie Pike, Trainer

A huge thank you to The Racing Club for giving Robin the opportunity to train with and ride Blackwaterfoot at Ascot. Their generosity and support played a huge part in making this campaign such a memorable experience.

Relive some of our favourite moments from Property Race Day 2026, from welcoming guests to Ascot through to Robin crossing the finish line aboard Blackwaterfoot.

After months of training, Robin completed Property Race Day 2026 aboard Blackwaterfoot at Ascot Racecourse.

While the fundraising was always the main goal, crossing the finish line in front of family, friends, clients and colleagues was a moment he’ll never forget.
