I’m an avid triathlete so when I’m not out with friends, reading, or hiking, you’ll probably find me in a pool or on a track!

What do you do (role)?

As the HR Manager, I oversee and manage the HR function, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s goals. This involves everything from talent acquisition and development, to employee engagement and compliance. I strive to keep everyone happy, productive, and just the right amount of stressed!

What do you enjoy most about your job/role?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping people reach their full potential, while building a culture that supports growth, diversity, and collaboration. I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.

If you could switch roles with anyone else in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d switch with the CEO for a day. It’d be intriguing to navigate the big-picture decisions and tackle the strategic challenges. Plus, I’m eager to discover their secrets for staying sane amid constant meetings and multiple priorities.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and indulging in great food. To balance the indulgence, I participate in aerial sports, which add a thrilling edge to life and keep the calories in check.

What do you do (role)?
Project Manager – within this role I plan and develop the project scope. I am also responsible in managing project progress, budget, deadlines and most importantly client satisfaction.

What do you enjoy most about your job so far?
I have been able to visit several sites we have projects with, enabling a hands-on approach which is my style of learning and development.

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in your role?
Working with a diverse range of people to share experience, knowledge, and best working practices within the industry.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I would describe myself as family orientated and my family reside in Leeds, so visiting them as often as I can. I love music, festivals, and travel. I have been very fortunate enough to visit some amazing places, New York being my favourite! Lastly, I am partial to a bottomless brunch!

I lead complex projects from survey to delivery, providing support to other Project Managers and managing in-house engineering resources (including Janos). My expertise ensures that every aspect of a project runs smoothly.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the variety that comes with each project. While they all follow a similar formula, the unique requirements, budgets, and challenges make every job interesting. Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle is particularly rewarding.

I’d switch with Janos for a day. It would be great to do more hands-on site work without the paperwork!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I’m quite sporty. I hit the gym regularly, play and watch football every week, and I try to go surfing at least once a year. I also formed a band this year as the backup guitarist and manager! Plus, I love spending time in Italy.

 I enjoy keeping fit and training. But I also spend a lot of my time with my partner in building merchants as there is constantly something new in the house she wants changing!
