As the HR Manager, I oversee and manage the HR function, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s goals. I enjoy the variety that comes with each project. While they all follow a similar formula, the unique requirements, budgets, and challenges make every job interesting. Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle is particularly rewarding.
