Project Manager – within this role I plan and develop the project scope. I am also responsible in managing project progress, budget, deadlines and most importantly client satisfaction.

What do you enjoy most about your job so far?
I have been able to visit several sites we have projects with, enabling a hands-on approach which is my style of learning and development.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I would describe myself as family orientated and my family reside in Leeds, so visiting them as often as I can. I love music, festivals, and travel. I have been very fortunate enough to visit some amazing places, New York being my favourite! Lastly, I am partial to a bottomless brunch!

As the HR Manager, I oversee and manage the HR function, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s goals. Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and indulging in great food. To balance the indulgence, I participate in aerial sports, which add a thrilling edge to life and keep the calories in check.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the variety that comes with each project. While they all follow a similar formula, the unique requirements, budgets, and challenges make every job interesting. Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle is particularly rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I’m quite sporty. I hit the gym regularly, play and watch football every week, and I try to go surfing at least once a year. I also formed a band this year as the backup guitarist and manager! Plus, I love spending time in Italy.
