Bywater, the developer for this property, engaged us to design, build, and manage the building’s connectivity infrastructure. However the appointment came with a number of exacting stipulations.
They were insistent that our recommendations must meet the rigorous standards of Gold WiredScore Certification and deliver their core objective to deliver fully flexible and future-proof capabilities.

McLellan Works now boasts an additional on-net carriers, a fully distributed landlord fibre backbone, converged landlord network and guest Wi-Fi across communal spaces.
In addition the Plug and Play suites have been designed to offer total flexibility for tenants. Enterprise grade Wi-Fi is in place across all suites, with both guest and corporate SSIDs being broadcast simultaneously. Fibre is also fully distributed to each suite, enabling rapid deployment of private, dedicated fibre services to each tenant.
By the end of project the property became one of only eight buildings in Glasgow to secure Gold WiredScore Certification or above.
