Solving issues and saving money

The challenge

We liaised with the carriers and introduced a civil contractor to both parties to allow works for each carrier to be undertaken at the same time, thus saving time and money.

As the project managers for all works we ensured that neither Kier nor Royal London suffered any adverse effects. From start to finish the work was completed in less than seven weeks. That was three weeks less than predicted by the carriers and meant a £20,000 capital saving.

In addition to the carriageway works, we also designed, implemented and managed the fibre infrastructure. This not only made moving into the buildings a seamless process for tenants, but was also an attractive value added service for the landlord to provide.
