What do you do (role)?

As the HR Manager, I oversee and manage the HR function, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s goals. This involves everything from talent acquisition and development, to employee engagement and compliance. I strive to keep everyone happy, productive, and just the right amount of stressed!

What do you enjoy most about your job/role?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping people reach their full potential, while building a culture that supports growth, diversity, and collaboration. I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.

If you could switch roles with anyone else in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d switch with the CEO for a day. It’d be intriguing to navigate the big-picture decisions and tackle the strategic challenges. Plus, I’m eager to discover their secrets for staying sane amid constant meetings and multiple priorities.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and indulging in great food. To balance the indulgence, I participate in aerial sports, which add a thrilling edge to life and keep the calories in check.

What do you do (role)?

I’m a Senior Project Manager (Civils Specialist). My focus is on the civils side of our infrastructure projects, alongside quoting and procurement across fibre and structured cabling too.

What do you enjoy most about your job/role?

Honestly, the variety. One day I’m deep in a rate card spreadsheet, the next I’m working out how a 144-fibre cable is getting into a building. No two projects are quite the same.

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in your role?

Getting stuck into more of the bigger infrastructure projects, the ones where the civils and fibre really shape how the whole job comes together.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

Bit of a homebody, I like having something to switch my brain off with after a day of spreadsheets and site visits.

Programme Manager (Delivery)

I lead complex projects from survey to delivery, providing support to other Project Managers and managing in-house engineering resources (including Janos). My expertise ensures that every aspect of a project runs smoothly.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the variety that comes with each project. While they all follow a similar formula, the unique requirements, budgets, and challenges make every job interesting. Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle is particularly rewarding.

If you could switch roles with anyone else in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I’d switch with Janos for a day. It would be great to do more hands-on site work without the paperwork!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I’m quite sporty. I hit the gym regularly, play and watch football every week, and I try to go surfing at least once a year. I also formed a band this year as the backup guitarist and manager! Plus, I love spending time in Italy.

Probably the nut/bolt, as my job is to bring all the parts together and make them work.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Interacting with clients and seeing their relief when I tell them we can solve their problems quickly is incredibly rewarding.

I’d love to switch with Rosemary! It would be fun to do something creative and different from my current day-to-day.
