Zetta Connect has delivered a high-performance fibre infrastructure at 4 Hardman Square, including a landlord-managed network with firewall, carrier switch, and PoE switch installed in the mezzanine comms room. A diverse fibre backbone runs through both East and West risers, with pre-terminated fibre on all tenant floors via the West riser. Guest Wi-Fi is also available in the mezzanine communal area and building management office.

With multiple on-net carriers, including a third provider brought in via a second, diverse entry point, tenants benefit from rapid service deployment, flexible choice, and no legal or wayleave costs when using the existing backbone.
